Increase respect points
I have just been robbing Clothing Stores, My highest respect points were 17. You get anything from 9 - 17 RPs if any one gets higher let me know.
It depends on the level they are upgraded to I got 13 RPs 3 times in one rob. Just trying new things, trying not to lvl up to quick can get a bit

Re: Increase respect points
I'm not sure about the leveling up too fast thing. From the start I've played this game on the basis that I was just going all out attack while building at whatever rate I could at the same time. I ignore PVE missions and concentrate completely on getting good PVE loot items based on the level I'm at.
I attack anyone I can beat who has stats that will contribute to "Hardcore Hitman" and "Thug Life" rewards only. That means only those with over 500 allies are any use. If I see Clothing stores, Meat Factories, Lofts or French Restaurants sitting I rob those for the respect points too. Apart from that I normally only rob buildings for a return of 10K minimium, but I don't go looking for them I go out to attack and only rob if something juicy appears.
I don't buy any non respect weapons other than what's needed for PVE purposes. When spending respect points on weapons always go for the top items in the category that you can at your level, the reason for this is that as you get stronger the lower spec ones will be dropped from what you use and so the points spent on them will be wasted. Currently my item of choice are
Guns
Sawn-Off Shotgun 22A 14D Respect (until RPG available)
RPG 36A 14D Respect
M4 A1 A20 D22 (they dropped this mid way though me looting it grrrr!) Loot
Melee
Chain Whip 25A 19D Respect
Explosives
The Last Call 25A 18D Loot
Armor
Full Combat Gear 17A 27D Respect
Urban Warfare Vest 11A 20D Loot
Vehicles
Empire Central Bus 15A 17D Loot
Exelero 31A 17D Respect
So you can see from the list the only route to building this way is to hit as much as possible as fast as possible and hence rank up quickly. I'm level 192 now and it's worked out all the way up so far, well until I joined TPK and the Indians started to get interested anyway up till then I was at a near 10-1 win to loss ratio, now I'm going up by 100 plus losses a day!
That said there's nothing different I could have done without spending a lot of real money that would make a blind bit of difference against players of the strength of the Indians. I've seen no free players with real stats much better than 50K attack or defense, most of the indians are 100K plus. The inflated defense stats from defense buildings are worthless too, if someone shows as 10K defense better than my attack I'm pretty happy to attack anyway if their base shows lots of defense buildings.
Work it out this way, going slowly and buying rather than earning respect and looting and ignoring any event items.

total defense 58000
Without explosives

Anyway you look at it against big gold buyers you're out of luck so play whatever way you like and have fun!

Thanks for the tips.
Great statement very enlighten, I had some of the basic down pack but now I am going to add part of your knowledge to my strategy, to be stronger & I occasionally speak with other strong stats players trying to compile enough info & strategies to better my knowledge of CC.✌

Increasing skill points
A cheap way to increase skill points is to complete every job in every level 5x. Each time you complete all jobs you get a different reward. On the fifth, and final, time through you will be rewarded with a single skill point.

Wildfire- question
Great info, I figured most of it out already but the one thing that caught my eye was the Urban Warfare Vest. Where is that farmed. I have been farming the Bomb Suit baca use of it's decent defense and very generous $payout for the minimal Energy invested. I would be interested in trying the drop rate for the UWV. Thanks, Moe.

RP vs. EXP per job comparison
Ihave noticed that although clothing stores give good RP, it also gives at least 17exp. This is at best a 1to1 ratio. The target for RP I prefer to look for is the brown collection agency. It only gives 2 or 3 exp for a nice 4 or 5 RP reward. 2 to 1 ratio. Lvl slower while gaining more RP.

Absolutely. I now have family members expoitloiting primo locations and are getting top notch items. I have even begun tailoring it for various lower level group tips. I am waiting to hear the results. I hope they are good as well. I can't thank you enough.

The Urban Warfare Vest is from Empire Arena Plaza, Clothing Store - Shoplift a Handbag. It costs 195 and is a single hit item with a good droprate. When I farmed them a few months ago the drop was probably 1-2 or 1-3.
Happy looting!
