Crime City List of Defense Buildings

I was told that the BgA info is BS by a very high stat friend and not to waste a nickle on these buildings. I was also told that when you get to the higher levels they actually make you a target. I have robbed and attacked rivals with many BgA's and huge stats only to find that their true defense was about 15K or more lower that listed due to the fact that the BgA's are a rippoff, pure and simple!
